Art Meets Nature At The Linc

Sporting huge signage in front that spells out the letters L, I, N, and C in colourful shades, the LINC KL is a trendy mall that has a seemingly unique facade in its interior — an interior that is sure to be an IG wonderland for social media enthusiasts.

The two-storey LINC building is located between the always-bustling Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur. But what truly makes the LINC KL stand out is the many vivid hues and gorgeous interactive art installations found within its 130,000 sq ft walls.

The Vivid IG-Worthy Interior Of The LINC KL

Some notable artworks in the LINC include a floral-inspired piece (Tropical Floral) and a collage of lightbulbs donned in hand-knitted woollen sleeves (Luna Lights) hanging above a colourful staircase.

Here are some other notable and pretty (and Instagrammable!) art installation features in the LINC KL.

  • The Owl: This artwork is a giant acrylic masterpiece with an owl in the form of a colourful polygon vector image, with the main character being adorably positioned to make it seem like it’s a real owl nesting between the branches of a tree.
  • Doves: Imagine folding more than 40,000 paper doves for an art installation. That’s what this art piece is all about — good vibes all around.
  • Rainbow Steps: Who would have thought that a simple flight of stairs could be accentuated by injecting some colour into them? This set of rainbow-tinted steps become more apparent as you walk up to them. And as an added bonus, works very well as a vibrant and IG-able backdrop.
  • Nature Lovers’ Paradise: Other than the wonderful art installations, the LINC will also appeal to nature lovers with its lush greenery. The courtyard is where you want to be to catch a glimpse of the 100-year-old Bodhi tree that has made this spot its home.
