I am a wife mother and Christ-follower.  When I was 12, I knew that I would someday write novels.  I just didn’t expect it would take me 20 years to really devote myself to writing.  Funny how quickly things fell into place when I stopped running from God and started doing what he asked.

My books are inspired by friends and family or by dreams that I have.  All of my stories are rooted in a love of Christ and a belief that He loves us, no matter what mistakes we have made in our lives.

I make my home in Jackson MI with my husband of 13 years, our three sons, and our very active black lab.

Special Message

I grew up in a Christian home, but that doesn’t mean I have always lived a Christian life.  For years I dreamed about writing but ignored that dream—I knew God was calling me to write for Him, and I did not want to listen.  A scare with my first pre pregnancy changed that.  Faced with the fear that my child might not live or experience what he doctors called a “normal life” left me nowhere to turn but toward God.  My prayer or you is that God doesn’t have to take such drastic measures for you to follow where He is leading.
